We charge small a diagnostic fee of £40+VAT for every job we attend (for fridge freezers the diagnostic charge is £50+VAT and 60+VAT for gas appliances), this charge covers the time and resources required for the engineer to find the fault.

Once the engineer has found the fault, he will provide you with a fixed quotation for the cost of the repair and labour, excluding spare parts.
